Key Capabilities

Execute end-to-end Pylon tasks

Cline uses `create_issue` to log bugs or feature requests directly from your codebase. It captures the current file context and submits it as a formatted ticket. This turns your coding session into a support operation. You stay in the editor while the agent manages your queue.

Filter and sort Pylon issues

Use `list_issues` to pull your current backlog into the terminal. Cline parses the JSON output to show you exactly which tickets need attention right now. It can filter by status or tag to hide the noise. You get a clean list of priorities without leaving your workspace.

Manage issue tags and status

Call `list_tags` to see your current classification schema, then use `update_issue` to change ticket status as you resolve problems. The agent keeps your CRM state in sync with your progress. This automates the manual cleanup of your support board. You finish the code, and the agent finishes the ticket.

Common questions about Pylon MCP in Cline

Go to the MCP Servers icon in the Cline sidebar. Paste the server URL into the Remote Servers tab to get started.
Cline asks for permission before executing tools like `reply_to_issue`. Once you approve, it handles the request and displays the result.
You can instruct Cline to run `list_issues` on a schedule. It gathers the data and generates a summary of your support activity.
The Vinkius platform provides a single endpoint token. You input this once, and Cline manages the secure connection for every tool call.
Data privacy is handled at the transport layer. All Pylon information, including ticket bodies and contact details, is transmitted through a secure, ephemeral tunnel.
