Key Capabilities
Debug customer issues inside Cursor
The `get_issue` tool retrieves the exact error logs and customer reports submitted to your support desk. Your agent reads this data directly inside your editor, allowing you to debug the code alongside the actual ticket. Once you write the fix, the agent uses `update_issue` to change the ticket status to resolved. You never have to leave your development environment to update the support team.
Look up account details using this MCP Server
The `get_account` tool pulls enterprise client metadata directly into your active workspace. This lets your agent check if a bug report came from a high-priority customer before you start writing code. You can also run `list_accounts` to see which organizations are experiencing similar issues. This prevents duplicate work by grouping related engineering tasks together.
Reference documentation inside Cursor Chat
The `list_articles` tool searches your Pylon knowledge base for existing workarounds and technical guides. Your agent reads these documents to suggest code fixes that align with your published documentation. If you need to check the folder structure of your knowledge bases, `list_knowledge_bases` returns the complete hierarchy. This keeps your internal references accurate and up to date.
