Key Capabilities
Automate B2B ticket triage
Cascade reads your open tickets using `list_issues` and matches them against account tiers fetched via `get_account`. It identifies urgent escalations for high-value customers so you focus on the right requests first. Once identified, the agent uses `update_issue` to apply tags or route the ticket to the correct team. It handles the busy work while you handle the technical resolution.
Respond to customers directly
Windsurf pulls conversation history with `get_issue_messages` to ensure the agent understands the full context of a bug report. You get a clear picture before you ever type a response. When ready, use `reply_to_issue` to send your update back to the customer. The tool maintains the thread so you never lose track of open conversations.
Sync knowledge base content
Access your internal documentation by running `list_knowledge_bases` and `list_articles` to find the right technical answer. The agent retrieves the exact text needed to solve a customer problem. It pastes the relevant solution into your draft. This keeps your support responses consistent with your current internal documentation.
