Key Capabilities

Creating Expenses in the Command Line

The `create_expense` tool lets you programmatically log a cost and distribute it. You pipe in the necessary JSON payload, including costs, descriptions, and who paid specific shares. The agent runs this function to update balances without needing a GUI; it's pure script logic.

Listing All Friends via Cline MCP Server

To build a list of contacts for your scripts, call `get_friends`. This executes and returns all friend IDs and basic details. You can then loop through this output to process multiple user records in bulk before running other commands.

Fetching Group Ledger Details

If you need group data for a script, start by listing groups with `get_groups`. Then pass the ID into `get_group` to grab all the specifics. This ensures your CLI task has accurate context before calculating anything.
