Key Capabilities

Create new records for leads or cases.

Need to log something fast? Use `create_taskforce_lead` to instantly set up a fresh lead record. You can also open a service ticket by calling `create_taskforce_case`, which logs the issue right away. These calls handle all the initial data structure, so you just feed it what you know. It's perfect for when you grab a quick piece of intel and need to make sure it hits the system immediately.

Fetch specific customer or lead details.

Want to check on someone without digging through multiple tabs? Call `get_taskforce_customer` to pull up all client details. Similarly, `get_taskforce_lead` lets your agent grab the latest information on any potential account. This is way faster than manually searching the dashboard. You get structured data back—everything you need for follow-up emails or status checks.

List and report on pipeline assets.

Need a quick inventory of what's happening? Use `list_taskforce_cases` to see every open ticket, or run `list_taskforce_leads` for the entire pool. You can also pull lists of past invoices using `list_taskforce_invoices`. It gives you a clean JSON array of everything in scope—all cases, all leads, all money trail items. Great for weekly status reports.

Common questions about TaskForce MCP in Claude Desktop

Just run `list_taskforce_customers`. The agent will return a list, giving you all the customer records managed by the MCP Server. You count them up from that output.
You'll want to list cases using `list_taskforce_cases` first. This shows you all open tickets, letting you see the current state or any assigned notes for that specific service record.
The `list_taskforce_quotes` tool handles this. Running it will give you access to all quotes generated in the system, letting you track which ones are pending or active.
You can pull together reports by running several list functions. For example, combining `list_taskforce_leads` with `list_taskforce_invoices` gives you a clear view of activity versus revenue.
This MCP Server touches customer details, which includes names, contact information, case records, and invoice payment history. Be careful with what you pass into the agent.
