Key Capabilities
Build out Lead and Customer Profiles
Need a new customer record? You can use `create_taskforce_lead` or `get_taskforce_customer` to build out detailed profiles. Cascade handles the sequence: it first checks for existing records, then runs `list_taskforce_leads` so you don't double up. It’s perfect when your agent needs to run a full cycle—say, generating a lead and immediately getting their contact details via `get_taskforce_lead`. You just set the goal; Windsurf figures out all the steps.
Track Support Cases and Interactions
When an issue pops up, your agent can create a formal record using `create_taskforce_case`. This tool immediately logs the interaction against a client's account. Want to see everything that’s open right now? Just run `list_taskforce_cases`. Because Windsurf's Cascade is autonomous, it doesn't stop after listing; it can automatically pull all associated customer data too.
Manage Financial Documentation
Handling the money side of things? You can list records for quotes (`list_taskforce_quotes`) and invoices (`list_taskforce_invoices`). This is critical when your agent needs to confirm pricing or check payment history. Since Windsurf lets Cascade chain actions, you can make it fetch customer details using `list_taskforce_customers` right before listing the associated financial documents. It's a single flow for complex business tasks.
