Your agent initiates live phone outreach directly from the chat interface using the `trigger_call` endpoint. You tell Claude who needs a call and what the objective is, and the server handles the telephony routing instantly. Managing your active voice bots happens in the same window. You can check your available agent configurations with `list_interviews` or pull the specific parameters of a single bot using `get_interview` before launching a campaign.

Real-Time Call Log Retrieval

Pulling past conversations into Claude requires zero tab-switching when you query `list_calls` to see recent outbound or inbound traffic. The raw call metadata feeds right into your prompt context. When you need the actual dialogue, `get_call_history` grabs the full transcript of a specific interaction. You can also verify the account owner executing these tasks by calling `get_user` to confirm your workspace details.

Thoughtly MCP Server Contact Management

Building a call list means manipulating the address book, which starts by running `create_contact` to add names, emails, and phone numbers. If a prospect changes their number, your AI client patches the record via `update_contact` without you touching a separate dashboard. Reviewing your pipeline is just a matter of running `list_contacts` to dump your current directory. You can inspect an individual profile with `get_contact`, or completely wipe a bad lead from the system using `delete_contact`.

Set up Thoughtly MCP in Claude Web or Desktop

    Go to claude.ai, click your profile icon, then navigate to Customize → Connectors.

    Add Custom Connector

    Click the "+" button and select Add custom connector. Paste your Vinkius endpoint URL: https://edge.vinkius.com/[YOUR_TOKEN_HERE]/mcp Replace [YOUR_TOKEN_HERE] with your token from cloud.vinkius.com. For OAuth-protected servers, expand Advanced settings to add credentials.
