Key Capabilities
Team-Wide Voice Agent Execution
Copilot initiates outbound phone conversations directly from your editor by invoking `trigger_call`. You pass the target phone number and objective, and the agent handles the API request while you stay focused on your codebase. Managing the actual voice bots requires checking their configurations. Your AI client retrieves the catalog of active bots through `list_interviews` and pulls the detailed setup of a specific bot using `get_interview`.
Thoughtly MCP Server History Sync
Investigating telephony bugs is faster when you pull raw call logs straight into your terminal using `list_calls`. Copilot reads the traffic history and helps identify failed routing logic. When a specific conversation drops, `get_call_history` grabs the complete text transcript so you can see exactly where the bot failed. To ensure you are querying the correct account, run `get_user` to verify your workspace identity.
Direct CRM Manipulation
Setting up test environments often requires injecting fresh leads, which you do by having Copilot execute `create_contact`. If a test profile needs a new phone number, the agent applies the fix via `update_contact`. You can review the entire address book by running `list_contacts` to see every stored lead. Validating a specific entry takes one command with `get_contact`, and wiping out test data is just as fast using `delete_contact`.
