Key Capabilities
Trigger AI Calls from the Editor
Cursor Agent fires off outbound voice calls mid-coding by executing `trigger_call` with live parameters. This lets you test telephony webhooks or verify dynamic routing logic without leaving your IDE. You can also inspect the exact configuration of your voice bots. The AI client pulls your available agent list via `list_interviews` and extracts the specific prompt instructions for a single agent using `get_interview`.
Thoughtly MCP Server Transcript Access
Debugging voice applications requires real interaction data, which you get by asking Cursor to run `list_calls` to populate your editor with recent call logs. The agent reads the JSON response and formats it into your test files. For deep inspection of a failed interaction, `get_call_history` fetches the exact transcript and metadata. You can also validate your API environment by checking the active profile with `get_user`.
Live Contact Data Injection
Building a dashboard means you need real user profiles, so Cursor executes `list_contacts` to dump your actual CRM records into your local environment. If you need to test user creation, the agent runs `create_contact` with mock data. Modifying those records happens instantly when your AI client pushes a payload through `update_contact`. You can fetch a single updated profile via `get_contact` to assert your code works, then clean up the test suite by running `delete_contact`.
