Connect ArcXP MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect ArcXP to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build live news dashboards with Cline
The `get_ans_content` tool lets Cline retrieve actual article data to build and test your front-end components. Cline pulls the raw JSON, writes the React or Vue code to render it, and displays the working layout. If the layout breaks due to unexpected schema fields, Cline automatically runs `search_ans_content` to fetch more examples, refactors the component, and runs your local tests until everything passes.
Media asset integration and validation
Validating media links in your drafts is managed by `get_photo_asset` and `get_video_asset`. Cline scans your workspace files for broken media references, queries the Arc XP Media Library, and replaces them with valid assets. It builds a complete diff showing the updated image URLs and metadata. Once you approve the changes, Cline uses `update_ans_content` to commit the fixes directly to the CMS.
Author metadata auditing
Auditing content attribution is handled by `list_content_authors` and `get_content_author`. Cline runs these tools to extract author profiles, compares them against your local workspace database, and flags missing bios. Cline can then generate the missing profiles and queue them for creation. It handles the entire lifecycle of author metadata without you leaving VS Code.
