Manage Cloud Storage Directly in Cursor
Developers building document pipelines need to know what files actually exist in storage before calling the MCP Server. Cursor Agent can pull a live directory tree using `list_cloud_files` while you write the integration code. You see the real filenames, not fake mock data. Cleaning up test files happens without leaving the editor. If your script generates fifty broken PDFs during a test run, tell the agent to wipe them via `delete_cloud_file`. Your workspace stays clean while you debug.
Live Page Rendering and Statistics
Writing PDF viewers or document preview features usually involves guessing how the output looks. The `render_document_page` tool lets your agent pull an actual image of page three from your test file. You verify the layout instantly. Metadata extraction is equally straightforward. When writing a script to count words across a massive archive, the agent uses this MCP tool to fetch real metrics via `get_document_statistics`. It then writes the exact parsing logic based on that live response.
Template Automation and Watermarking
Building automated contract generators gets messy. You can ask the agent to test your logic by running `replace_text_in_document` on a sample file. It proves the replacement works before you commit the code. Adding visual security layers takes one command. The `add_watermark` function applies text across the document. Your AI client confirms the formatting applied correctly without you opening Microsoft Word.
