Connect BOSSDesk MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect BOSSDesk to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Generate live IT dashboards in Cline
With the `list_tickets` tool, Cline fetches live support data to build local diagnostic tools. The agent fetches the active issues, writes the frontend React components, and binds the data without you writing a line of code. You get a working dashboard that populates in real-time. Cline uses `get_ticket` to populate detailed views and tests the API calls locally to ensure everything works before staging your Git commit.
Audit hardware inventory during development
Because the `list_assets` tool exposes your entire hardware inventory to your workspace, Cline can pull these records to cross-reference them with local config files. This allows the agent to verify actual hardware details without leaving your workspace. When setting up new dev environments, Cline calls `get_asset` to match server specs with your deployment targets. It keeps your infrastructure documentation accurate by checking live physical locations.
Securely manage tickets via this MCP Server
The `update_ticket` tool allows Cline to close out issues or escalate bugs directly from your terminal. Connecting this MCP Server through Vinkius gives you a single secured endpoint. The integration runs inside an ephemeral V8 sandbox. Cline can safely run `add_ticket_note` to document code changes on the ticket without exposing your master API keys.
