Connect Checkout.com MCP to Claude Desktop
Create your Vinkius account to connect Checkout.com to Claude Desktop and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Process payments from a prompt
This tool connects Claude to your Checkout.com account for payment processing. Ask your agent to charge a customer, and it uses `request_payment` to start the transaction through the Headless Gateway. It feels like talking to a finance assistant who can actually move money. Once a payment is authorized, you can tell Claude to lock it in. The agent invokes `capture_payment` to convert that authorization into a settled transaction. No more clicking around in a dashboard to find and capture payments. Just tell your agent what to do.
Handle refunds and voids in seconds
The tool also gives Claude the ability to reverse charges. If you need to send money back to a customer, just ask your agent to issue a refund. It calls `refund_payment` to move the cash directly back to the original card network. You don't have to look up transaction IDs or fill out forms. For charges that haven't settled yet, you can void them to avoid transaction fees. Tell your agent to `void_payment` and it drops the authorization before it closes. It's a faster way to handle cancellations and corrections.
Manage vaulted customer instruments with this MCP Server
Your agent can now manage saved payment methods in the Checkout.com vault. You can ask it to save a new card for a customer using `create_instrument`, which creates a secure token for future billing. This MCP Server makes building a subscriber base much simpler. Need to update or remove a card? Your agent can call `get_instrument` to find the right one, then use `update_instrument` or `delete_instrument` to make changes. It’s a secure way to handle sensitive data without ever seeing the raw card numbers yourself.
