Build live data dashboards using Cline
Cline doesn't just fetch medical registries; it writes the code to display them. This MCP tool lets Cline pull live study data using `search_clinical_trials` and immediately write React or Vue components to render the results. You get a working interface populated with real-world drug trials. The agent handles the API structure, writes the tests, and runs the local server to verify the layout.
Extract recruiting sites with this MCP Server
Finding active trials is a multi-step process. Cline uses `find_recruiting_trials` to pinpoint active studies for a specific disease, then writes a script to map the physical locations. You avoid manual data entry. The agent writes the parsing logic and populates your local database with active trial locations, contact emails, and phone numbers.
Fetch deep clinical trial protocols
Pulling scientific details requires targeting specific studies. Cline invokes `get_trial_details` with an NCT identifier to grab the complete registry entry, including inclusion criteria and primary endpoints. The agent then structures this raw data into clean JSON or markdown files. You can immediately use these files for research, documentation, or internal databases.
