Connect Copernicus Data Space MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Copernicus Data Space to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automated Satellite Product Retrieval
Cline uses `search_products` to find specific imagery based on your criteria. It then parses the metadata from `get_product` to extract file sizes and checksums for verification. This agent handles the entire lifecycle of finding and inspecting products. You just describe the area of interest, and it generates the required API calls.
Precise Granule and Orbit Discovery
Search for specific orbits using `search_by_orbit_number` to get consistent imagery for time-series analysis. This tool ensures you get data with matching flight paths. You can also use `search_by_name` to find specific tiles or granules by their identifier. Cline uses these tools to build a list of targets for your processing scripts.
Deep Metadata and File Inspection
Run `list_product_nodes` to map out exactly what is inside a downloaded satellite archive. This tool reveals the XML metadata and measurement files before you start writing code to parse them. It allows you to verify the structure of the data package. You avoid errors by knowing the exact file names and paths within the product before you attempt to open them.
