Connect Delighted MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Delighted to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build Live NPS Dashboards with Cline
The `get_nps_metrics_summary` tool retrieves real-time customer satisfaction metrics directly into your workspace. Cline uses this data to write frontend components, populate charts, and update your UI. You ask the agent to build a dashboard, and it handles everything from pulling the API data to writing the React code. No manual copy-pasting is required.
Target and Resolve Customer Issues
The `list_recent_detractors` tool lists users who gave your product a score of 6 or lower. This MCP Server helps you connect low scores directly to specific code changes. Your agent analyzes these entries alongside `get_person_feedback_history` to understand the user's journey. It can find the bugs causing the bad feedback and write the fixes immediately.
Audit Customer Feedback Histories
The `get_person_feedback_history` tool resolves all previous survey responses and metadata for a specific email address. Cline reads this history to build a complete profile of user sentiment. The agent can compare past scores with current comments to see if customer satisfaction is improving over time. It saves you from digging through external dashboards.
