Build features using live Delighted NPS data in Cursor
Stop writing mock APIs when building your internal support dashboards. Cursor uses the `get_nps_metrics_summary` tool to pull real, live customer feedback scores directly into your active workspace. Having actual data means your agent can write and test components that render real promoter distributions. You don't have to guess the shape of the payload anymore.
Automate user survey triggers while writing code
When you are writing a new checkout or signup flow, you can test the exact trigger points right away. The agent uses `add_person_to_survey` to queue up real survey requests during your development loop. You can also inspect the existing user base by calling `list_feedback_contacts` to make sure your test accounts don't overlap with real production users. It keeps your testing safe and clean.
Debug customer complaints directly from your editor
When a bug report comes in, you don't need to open a browser tab to find the context. Your agent uses `search_responses_by_comment` to pull the exact feedback that matches the issue you are debugging. By calling `get_person_feedback_history`, Cursor gets the full timeline of that customer's scores. You see exactly what went wrong and what else they complained about, all while staying in your code editor.
