Map rosters with this MCP Server
Cascade pulls live schedule data right into your editor. You ask for the weekend coverage, and the agent uses `list_active_rosters` to grab the raw schedule. It then cross-references that with `list_currently_active_shifts` to see who actually clocked in today. You don't have to prompt step-by-step. Windsurf handles the logic, figuring out who missed their shift and generating a markdown report of attendance gaps before you even ask for the follow-up.
Audit timesheets autonomously
Stop switching tabs to check PTO balances. Cascade chains `list_completed_timesheets` with `list_pending_leave_approvals` to build a complete picture of available hours versus requested time off. If a manager needs to know why someone is short on hours, Windsurf pulls the data, compares the approved leave, and writes a summary script to flag discrepancies across your entire workforce.
Search staff inside Windsurf
Finding contact details usually breaks your flow. Now you just tell Cascade to find a specific worker. It hits `search_employees_by_name` and instantly returns their internal ID. From there, the agent automatically feeds that ID into `get_employee_profile` to extract their role, contact info, and home location via `list_business_locations`. You get the exact details you need without touching a browser.
