Connect Estimote MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Estimote to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Audit Your Hardware Fleet with Cline
`list_beacon_devices` returns your entire Estimote inventory, including MAC addresses, hardware types, and battery levels. Cline reads this array and writes a deployment report directly into your workspace. To map the taxonomy, the agent calls `list_fleet_tags` to see how you group the devices. It then writes the exact Node.js or Python code needed to integrate those tags into your custom dashboard.
Code Proximity Dashboards
`get_device_analytics` pulls detection counts, unique visitor estimates, and dwell times based on date ranges. Tell Cline to build a foot traffic graph, and it writes the React component using real data. The agent cross-references these metrics with `list_physical_locations` to break down engagement by specific venues. You get a working, data-bound UI without manually checking the Estimote documentation.
Manage Settings via the Estimote MCP Server
`update_beacon_settings` modifies transmission power and advertising intervals by updating the cloud shadow. Cline writes automation scripts that adjust these parameters based on store hours. When troubleshooting a dead zone, the agent runs `get_beacon_details` to verify the pending settings. If a unit is dead, it uses `remove_beacon_device` to drop it from the registry before writing the replacement order script.
