Cline automates ExerciseDB data integration
Tell Cline to build a module for your fitness app, and it will query `get_all_exercises` to populate your database. It handles the pagination logic using limit and offset parameters without you writing a line of boilerplate. Cline creates the files and writes the logic to parse the returned JSON. It verifies the data structure against the tool definitions to ensure your app handles the fields correctly.
End-to-end routine creation with ExerciseDB
Cline can filter movements by equipment using `get_exercises_by_equipment` and then create a component to display them. It executes the tool, gets the raw data, and builds the UI based on the response. It writes the necessary imports and types for your project. You simply review the diffs and stage the changes once the agent finishes the task.
Search and display exercises in Cline
Use `get_exercises_by_name` to find specific movements during your development process. Cline fetches the exact metadata, including secondary muscles and target areas, to populate your search results. It ensures the instructions are formatted correctly for your layout. The agent performs the full request-response cycle, so you don't have to manually fetch or map the data.
