Chain complex fitness routines in Windsurf
Cascade reads your workout goal and maps it across the 1300+ movements available. It identifies the correct `get_exercises_by_target` or `get_exercises_by_body_part` calls to build a complete session. You don't need to manually string these together. Windsurf handles the logic, pulling the exact GIF URLs and step-by-step instructions into your project context automatically.
Instant discovery with ExerciseDB tools
Stop guessing which equipment matches your available gear. Cascade checks the `get_equipment_list` first to see what is valid before running `get_exercises_by_equipment`. This ensures your code stays clean and your routines remain accurate. The agent verifies every parameter against the schema before executing the request.
Context-aware workout generation
Pass a simple request to Cascade, and it figures out the necessary tool sequence. It uses `get_exercise_by_id` to fetch granular data for specific movements you want to include in your app. You get immediate access to secondary muscles and instructional data. The agent manages the entire loop, from searching by name to validating the final output.
