Windsurf automates incident lifecycle management
Cascade doesn't just wait for prompts. It uses `create_incident` to open tickets the moment it detects a system failure, then chains `add_incident_note` to keep the team updated without you typing a thing. When you need to pivot, it runs `update_incident` to adjust severity levels in real-time. This keeps your incident state accurate while you focus on the code.
Cross-reference service data instantly
Stop digging through dashboards during a fire. Windsurf uses `list_services` and `get_service` to pull architectural context directly into your editor. It checks `list_runbooks` to see what steps are required for a specific service. You get the exact documentation you need, exactly when you need it.
Coordinate responders with live team data
Cascade knows who is on call by running `list_teams` and `get_team`. It identifies the right people to ping based on the service experiencing the outage. This removes the manual lookup delay. Your agent handles the routing so you can work on the actual fix.
