Have Cline build custom monitoring dashboards and manage Five9 call states directly from your VS Code workspace.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Five9 MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Five9 to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build live dashboard components with Cline
Tell Cline to build an operational dashboard, and it will fetch real-time data using `get_statistics` to populate the UI. It writes the React components, sets up the state management, and wires it directly to your Five9 data. You don't have to write boilerplate API integration code. Cline reads the schema from the MCP Server, writes the front-end code, and tests the integration to ensure your dashboard displays live queue metrics accurately.
Debug agent group routing with Cline MCP Server
When routing issues pop up, Cline inspects your group setup by calling `list_agent_groups` and `list_users`. It identifies which agents are missing the correct skills to handle incoming campaign calls. Cline analyzes the configuration discrepancies and suggests edits to your routing logic. This MCP Server integration gives the agent the exact tools it needs to troubleshoot complex call-center routing bugs inside your editor.
Direct session management from your sidebar
Cline lets you manage active supervisor sessions without leaving your coding environment. If you need to force a logout, Cline invokes `logout_session` directly from the chat interface to terminate the session. This keeps your active administrator licenses optimized. You can manage access control and session states while working on your codebase, keeping your operations clean and secure through this MCP Server setup.
