Connect Five9 MCP to Google ADK
Create your Vinkius account to connect Five9 to Google ADK and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Google ADK agent queue management
Automate how your agents handle contact center flow by polling `get_statistics`. This provides the necessary data to trigger routing shifts or alert managers. Your Google ADK workflow can now react to live metrics. It bypasses the need for manual dashboard monitoring.
Granular Five9 agent control
Manage individual availability by invoking `update_agent_state` to sync your team with current demand. Your agent verifies status options using `list_agent_states`. This keeps your Google ADK agent in the loop regarding who is ready to take calls. You avoid the lag associated with human-led status updates.
Interaction oversight
List and audit active calls using `list_active_interactions` to maintain visibility. If a session requires immediate action, call `terminate_interaction`. This direct connection allows your Google ADK agent to perform administrative tasks. It keeps your contact center operations running according to your defined rules.
