Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Flock MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Flock to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automate messaging in Cursor
Inject live team updates directly into your codebase with `chat_send_message`. By passing `<flockml>` strings, you can generate rich notifications that alert your team to build status or deployment changes. Stop context switching for simple status updates. Your agent handles the communication, ensuring the right information reaches the right people without you leaving the editor.
Deep directory integration for Cursor
Use `roster_list_directory` to map aliases to UUIDs in real-time. This ensures your agent always knows exactly who to tag or notify, removing the guesswork from automated workflows. Auditing your team access is just as fast. Run `groups_list_private` to identify which members belong to specific groups, helping you manage project permissions within your development environment.
Context-aware channel management in Cursor
Fetch current channel descriptions and banner logic using `channels_get_info`. This helps your agent understand the intent of a channel before it posts any automated messages. Verify team participation by calling `channels_list_members`. You get a snapshot of active UUIDs, allowing your agent to tailor its output to the people actually present in that workspace.
