Run your helpdesk from Claude Desktop

The FreeScout MCP Server lets your AI client use `list_conversations` and `get_conversation` to inspect active support tickets directly in your Claude Desktop window. You do not need to keep a separate browser tab open to find out who is waiting for a reply. When you need to update a status or assign a ticket, the tool uses `update_conversation` to make the changes instantly inside Claude Desktop. This keeps your FreeScout queue clean without manual clicking.

Look up customer history and details

The server uses `list_customers` and `get_customer` to pull up detailed records right next to your conversational prompt. Your agent reads the exact context of who is writing in before drafting any response. If the customer profile is outdated, the agent runs `update_customer` to correct email addresses or phone numbers. This ensures your support CRM remains accurate while you talk to Claude Desktop.

Reply to FreeScout threads inside Claude Desktop

This integration uses `add_reply` to send outbound emails to your customers directly from the desktop interface. Your agent drafts the response based on previous messages fetched via `list_threads`. For internal coordination, the server uses `add_note` to leave private context for other team members on the same ticket. You manage the whole communication loop without leaving your workspace.
