…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Gitea MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Gitea to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Full repo visibility in Windsurf
Cascade can pull your entire list of projects using `list_repos` to get clone URLs and branch data instantly. It knows exactly which private or public repositories you have access to, so you don't have to switch tabs. This MCP Server provides the context Windsurf needs to map out your codebase structure. You just ask for a repo overview, and it handles the rest.
Manage Gitea issues and PRs
Give your agent the ability to track work by running `list_issues` and `list_pulls` directly against your Gitea instance. It reads through open items to prioritize what needs attention next. When you need more detail, `get_issue` pulls the full metadata so you can decide how to proceed. It turns your IDE into a command center for your git workflow.
Navigate Gitea organizations
Use `list_orgs` and `list_org_repos` to jump between different team workspaces without manual navigation. Windsurf keeps track of your organization memberships so you can target the right repository every time. This keeps your context clean when you are jumping between different team projects. You focus on the code while the MCP Server handles the organization lookup.
