Connect the Groove MCP Server to Cline for autonomous ticket management and customer data lookup.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Groove MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Groove to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
End-to-end ticket handling in Cline
Cline uses `create_ticket` and `list_tickets` to manage your helpdesk pipeline. It performs the actions you request, from creating new records to filing responses. You tell the agent what to do, and it executes the steps. No manual entry is required when the agent handles the API calls for you.
Deep customer context for Cline
Fetch precise details using `get_customer` to inform your work. Cline pulls the data into your workspace so you have the right info for every message. Use `list_messages` to review past interactions. This gives your agent the history it needs to write accurate replies using `create_message`.
Real-time state updates with Cline
Change ticket status on the fly with `update_ticket_state`. Your agent tracks your progress and ensures the Groove dashboard stays current. It checks `list_mailboxes` to ensure responses go to the right place. You maintain control while the agent does the busy work.
