Connect Groove MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Groove to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Write code using live Groove API data in Cursor
Stop writing mock support data. This MCP Server lets Cursor run live queries using `list_tickets` and `get_ticket` to inject real support threads directly into your active codebase. When you write custom support dashboards, the editor pulls actual JSON payloads using `list_mailboxes`. This helps you build features that match your real-world support structure.
Automate ticket updates during development
Test your support workflows while you write them. Cursor uses `update_ticket_state` to modify ticket statuses in real time, letting you verify your code's behavior instantly. You can also trigger `create_ticket` from the editor sidebar to generate test cases. This keeps your development loop fast and free of manual API testing tools.
Query customer records without leaving your code
Build user-centric features with real context. Cursor accesses customer profiles using `get_customer` and lists active accounts with `list_customers` to help you map database relationships. You can also pull agent details via `get_agent` to test assignment logic. The editor uses these tools to verify how your custom code handles support staff assignments.
