…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect HappyFox MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect HappyFox to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build custom support tools with Cline
The `list_tickets` tool retrieves your active help desk queue so Cline can build local dashboards or custom views. Cline reads the raw ticket payload, writes the React or HTML components, and displays the live data. Your agent uses `get_ticket` to fetch deep ticket histories, allowing it to generate rich detail views. This MCP Server connection turns your raw support data into functional code in seconds.
Verify contacts and staff inside VS Code
The `list_contacts` tool lets Cline fetch your customer directory to verify user identities before making changes. Cline compares local database records with active help desk users to prevent duplicate accounts. By calling `list_staff`, your agent maps internal owners to active tickets. You can tell Cline to reassign issues or update ownership, and it will execute the changes using the live HappyFox API.
Sync statuses and priorities to your codebase
The `list_statuses` tool retrieves your current help desk workflow states directly into Cline. If you are writing a custom integration, Cline uses this real-time list to map backend states to your support portal. It also pulls `list_priorities` and `list_categories` to keep your local forms aligned with HappyFox. This MCP Server setup eliminates manual configuration mapping by letting your agent read the source of truth directly.
