Debug issues with HappyFox in Cursor
Pull live ticket details into your code context using `get_ticket`. You get the exact error logs or customer reports right where you write your code. Use `search_tickets` to find similar bugs reported in the past. It helps you identify patterns before you push a fix to production.
Automate ticket updates from Cursor
Close the loop on support requests by using `add_staff_update` once your code is deployed. You notify the customer directly from your terminal session. Keep your project board accurate by using `list_statuses` to track progress. It prevents your support queue from getting stale while you build.
Coordinate with team data in Cursor
Check which team member is assigned to a ticket using `list_staff`. You know exactly who to ping if you need more context on a specific issue. Map ticket priorities with `list_priorities` to ensure you fix the most urgent bugs first. It keeps your development effort aligned with business needs.
