Auto-triage queues with Windsurf Cascade
The `search_tickets` tool lets Cascade scan your help desk for open issues matching specific customer complaints. Once found, your agent pulls detailed context with `get_ticket` to analyze the issue. Cascade doesn't stop to ask you what to do next. It immediately triggers `add_staff_update` to post internal notes or customer replies, moving tickets through statuses without requiring you to write a single line of triage code. This HappyFox MCP Server integration keeps your queue moving.
Turn workspace context into HappyFox tickets
The `create_ticket` tool allows Cascade to generate structured help desk records directly from your active code session or chat logs. It extracts the subject, description, and contact info to file issues instantly. To make sure the record lands in the right place, Cascade calls `list_categories` and `list_priorities` to tag the ticket accurately. You get clean, categorized entries in HappyFox without leaving your IDE.
Keep your team and ticket states aligned
The `list_statuses` tool gives your AI agent the exact state map of your help desk. Cascade uses this to verify where a ticket sits before making changes, preventing state conflicts. By querying `list_staff` and `list_contacts`, Cascade matches tickets to the correct owners and customers. This MCP Server setup ensures your automated updates always reach the right people.
