Collaborative event monitoring

Assign agents to monitor `get_booth_analytics` while others query `list_sessions`. Your crew shares memory, so one agent's discovery of a low-engagement booth informs the next agent's action. This role-based approach keeps your event operations running without constant human input. The agents handle the data polling and decision-making logic internally.

Automated event research

Deploy a specialized researcher agent to call `list_events` and `get_event_details`. It gathers the context your crew needs before starting any active management tasks. This ensures your agents always have the latest event data before they make a move. You save time by automating the initial information gathering phase.

Coordinate speakers and attendees

Use `list_speakers` and `list_attendees` to build a complete picture of your event participants. The crew uses this data to cross-reference speaker schedules with attendee registration records. Your agents act as a unified team to resolve conflicts or prepare reports. It turns raw API data into actionable event intelligence automatically.

Setup guide

Set up Hubilo MCP in CrewAI

Prerequisites

  • Python 3.10+ installed
  • crewai package (pip install crewai)
  • Active Vinkius subscription with a valid endpoint token
  1. 1

    Install CrewAI

    Run pip install crewai to install the framework. MCP support is built-in via the mcps parameter.

  2. 2

    Add the MCP URL to your agent

    Pass your Vinkius endpoint directly to the mcps list. Replace [YOUR_TOKEN_HERE] with your token from cloud.vinkius.com. CrewAI handles tool discovery and caching automatically.

  3. 3

    Kick off your crew

    Create a Crew with your agent and tasks. Call crew.kickoff() — the agent will automatically invoke Hubilo tools as needed.

crew.py
from crewai import Agent, Task, Crew

agent = Agent(
    role="Hubilo Analyst",
    goal="Access and analyze Hubilo data via MCP.",
    backstory="Expert analyst with direct Hubilo access.",
    mcps=[
        "https://edge.vinkius.com/[YOUR_TOKEN_HERE]/mcp"
    ],
)

task = Task(
    description="List recent Hubilo transactions",
    agent=agent,
    expected_output="A summary of recent activity",
)

crew = Crew(agents=[agent], tasks=[task])
result = crew.kickoff()
print(result)

The server uses token-based authentication for every request. Only the specific agents you assign to the task can query the attendee records.
You should manage your crew's task pacing to avoid hitting limits. The MCP Server provides the tools, but your agent orchestration controls the frequency.
