Run Gemini long-context reasoning on Hubilo event data

Gemini models excel at processing massive datasets in a single prompt. When you query attendee rosters with `list_attendees` or extract sales histories using `list_orders`, you can feed thousands of records directly into the model. No more aggressive chunking or lost context. This setup lets your agent inspect entire event profiles. It can cross-reference speaker tracks from `list_speakers` and `list_sessions` with registration trends to find gaps in your agenda, all within a single reasoning step.

Connect Hubilo MCP Server tools to BigQuery pipelines

Enterprise events live on data. With the Google ADK, your agents can pull live metrics using `get_booth_analytics` and drop them straight into your Google Cloud storage or BigQuery tables. It bridges the gap between active event management and long-term data warehousing. You can write agents that monitor exhibitor performance. By calling `list_booth_categories`, the agent maps out physical layouts and joins this with live interaction metrics, giving your sales team real-time sponsor insights.

Deploy enterprise-ready agents on Google Cloud

Security and scale matter when managing thousands of tickets. This MCP Server runs on Vinkius's zero-trust infrastructure, integrating with your Google ADK setups. You can query event-level details using `get_event_details` and organizer profiles via `get_organizer_profile` without exposing raw credentials. It supports both Stdio and HTTP transports. This flexibility means you can run your agent workflows inside Cloud Run or Cloud Functions, pulling live event lists with `list_events` on demand.

Setup guide

Set up Hubilo MCP in Google ADK

Prerequisites

  • Python 3.10+ installed
  • google-adk package (pip install google-adk)
  • Active Vinkius subscription with a valid endpoint token
  1. 1

    Install Google ADK

    Run pip install google-adk to install the Agent Development Kit. MCP support is included via the McpToolset class.

  2. 2

    Connect via SSE transport

    Use McpToolset.from_server() with SseServerParams pointing to your Vinkius endpoint. Replace [YOUR_TOKEN_HERE] with your token from cloud.vinkius.com.

  3. 3

    Create an LlmAgent

    Pass the returned mcp_tools list directly to LlmAgent(tools=mcp_tools). The ADK maps each MCP tool to a native Gemini function call — no manual schema definitions required.

  4. 4

    Run with any Gemini model

    The agent works with any Gemini model (gemini-2.0-flash, gemini-2.5-pro, etc.). Copy the full example on the right to get started with Hubilo tools in your ADK agent.

agent.py
from google.adk.agents import LlmAgent
from google.adk.tools.mcp_tool.mcp_toolset import McpToolset
from google.adk.tools.mcp_tool.mcp_session_manager import SseServerParams

# Connect to the MCP via SSE
mcp_tools, exit_stack = await McpToolset.from_server(
    connection_params=SseServerParams(
        url="https://edge.vinkius.com/[YOUR_TOKEN_HERE]/mcp"
    )
)

# Create your agent with auto-discovered tools
agent = LlmAgent(
    name="Hubilo_agent",
    model="gemini-2.0-flash",
    instruction="You have access to Hubilo tools via MCP.",
    tools=mcp_tools,
)

Common questions about Hubilo MCP in Google ADK

You configure the `StreamableHttpServerParameters` in your Python code with the Vinkius endpoint URL and token. Pass this toolset directly to your `LlmAgent` constructor, enabling immediate access to tools like `list_events`.
Yes, Gemini's large context window is perfect for analyzing raw outputs from `get_booth_analytics`. The model can ingest complex data structures returned by the tool to generate sponsor reports.
Yes, you can use the `tool_names` filter in your `McpToolset` to restrict what the agent can see. For instance, you can expose only `list_sessions` and `list_speakers` while hiding financial endpoints.
The MCP integration relies on Vinkius's high-performance V8 sandboxes to handle incoming tool calls. While Google ADK handles agent-side execution, you should monitor your Hubilo API limits when running parallel loops.
Your attendee names, registration details, and ticket sales remain within your designated Google Cloud boundary and Vinkius's ephemeral sandbox. The server only fetches requested records via `list_attendees` or `list_tickets`, never storing persistent copies of your event database.
