…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Matrix/Element MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Matrix/Element to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automate Room Operations with Windsurf Cascade
The `create_room` tool lets Windsurf build new channels instantly. Cascade reads your context, decides when a new space is required, and spins it up via the MCP Server without waiting for your permission. Once the room exists, Cascade uses `set_room_state` to configure permissions and `join_room` to bring in the team. You set the goal of organizing an incident response, and your editor does the rest.
Secure End-to-End Key Management
The `upload_keys` tool handles cryptographic identity verification. Windsurf manages your secure sessions by pushing your local pre-key bundles directly to your homeserver. When you need to read encrypted threads, Cascade chains `claim_keys` and `query_keys` to decrypt payloads. You don't copy keys manually; the editor resolves the cryptographic handshakes in the background.
Manage Live Message and Media Flows
The `send_message` tool delivers automated alerts directly to your team rooms. Cascade uses the MCP integration to monitor your files, detect build failures, and post status updates with zero manual prompts. If you need to share assets, Cascade calls `upload_media` to push local build logs or screenshots. It pulls incoming assets with `download_media` when your team replies with feedback.
