Generate functional video dashboards in Cline
`list_assets` pulls your entire video library catalog directly into Cline's context window. The agent uses this real-time data structure to build tailored UI components inside your VS Code workspace. Cline doesn't just fetch the list; it writes the React or Vue components, imports the asset data, and configures the player. It maps the returned JSON fields to your UI layout without manual intervention.
Monitor streaming performance inside VS Code
`get_recent_views` retrieves raw analytics for your video assets directly through the Cline sidebar. The agent analyzes these metrics to identify playback issues or high-traffic content. You can tell the agent to write an automated report or update a status dashboard based on this data. It reads the analytics payload and writes the logic to display view counts and delivery metrics.
Provision live infrastructure via this MCP Server
The `create_live_stream` tool provisions new RTMP and SRT ingest points on demand. Cline executes this tool, grabs the playback IDs, and updates your database schema to support the new streams. If a stream needs to be retired, Cline runs `delete_live_stream` to clean up your active endpoints. This keeps your production environment tidy and prevents accidental billing charges from active test streams.
