Automate CX Alerts in Your CI Pipeline

Add a step to your deployment pipeline to check customer sentiment. A simple script can use Claude Code to call `get_survey_stats`. If the average rating drops below a threshold, the script can fail the build or trigger a notification. This makes customer feedback a first-class citizen in your DevOps process. You can gate deployments on satisfaction metrics, ensuring new releases aren't hurting user experience. It's proactive quality control, right from your terminal.

Script Your Nicereply Data Exports

Forget manual CSV exports from the web UI. Write a shell script that uses Claude Code to `list_responses` and pipes the JSON output to `jq` for filtering and formatting. Schedule it as a cron job to generate daily reports. For example: `claude mcp call nicereply-mcp list_responses --params '{"survey_id": "123"}' | jq`. This gives you a repeatable, scriptable way to pull exactly the data you need from this MCP server.

Monitor Support Health from the Terminal

Check key metrics without opening a browser. From your terminal, run a command to hit `get_survey_stats` to see your overall CSAT, CES, or NPS scores. It's a quick, low-friction way to stay on top of customer sentiment. You can also check on specific agents. Use `list_users` to get an agent's ID, then feed that into `list_responses` to see their recent feedback. This is great for quick checks or building custom command-line monitoring tools.

Common questions about Nicereply MCP in Claude Code

In your crontab, define a job that runs `claude mcp call nicereply-mcp get_survey_stats`. You can pipe the JSON output to a file or another script for processing.
Yes. Once the MCP server is connected, just run `claude mcp call nicereply-mcp list_surveys`. It will return a JSON array of all your active surveys directly to standard output.
Your script would call `get_survey_stats`, parse the JSON response to check the average score, and exit with a non-zero code if it's below your target. This can halt a CI/CD pipeline that's sensitive to exit codes.
Use the `get_response` tool with the ID. The command would look like `claude mcp call nicereply-mcp get_response --params '{"id": "response_id_123"}'`.
Your API requests for survey and customer data are proxied through a dedicated, ephemeral Vinkius instance. The server does not store your data, and your Nicereply API key is managed by Vinkius, not exposed in your shell environment or scripts.
