Connect Nicereply MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Nicereply to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Write code with live customer data
The `list_responses` tool injects actual customer feedback records directly into your active coding session. Instead of writing code against mock data, your Cursor agent pulls live ratings to help you build and test your customer success integrations. This live context means you write fewer bugs when building custom internal tools. Your agent uses `get_response` to inspect the structure of real payloads, ensuring your parsers handle actual API structures correctly on the first run.
Build dashboards using this MCP Server
The `get_survey_stats` tool feeds aggregate rating metrics directly to your agent while you build custom analytics views. You can write frontend components that display real-time CSAT or NPS trends without manual API testing. Combine these stats with `list_surveys` to let your agent automatically generate dynamic dropdowns or navigation menus based on your active feedback campaigns. You get a working interface wired to live statistics in minutes.
Map feedback to internal users
The `list_users` tool exposes your workspace support agents directly to your coding environment. This lets your agent write logic that associates specific customer ratings with the correct support engineers. Use `get_me` to verify the active API credentials during testing, then deploy `get_rating_values` to map raw numbers to qualitative labels. It makes building automated routing rules for bad reviews simple and predictable.
