Connect Toggl Plan MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Toggl Plan to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Managing Timelines in Cursor
Need to plan a new feature? You can use `create_timeline_task` by providing the name, start date, and end date. The AI agent will call this tool, allowing you to inject live project context into your code's logic. This capability is powered by the MCP Server, letting you write scripts that interact with complex scheduling data.
Checking Task Status in Cursor
If a task ID comes through an API response, don't guess what it means. Use `get_task_details` to retrieve all specific info about that timeline segment. This live context is perfect for writing accurate code blocks. You can also get the full visual view of a date range using `get_timeline_view(since='YYYY-MM-DD', until='YYYY-MM-DD')`.
Discovering Project Scope in Cursor
Building out an application requires knowing the boundaries. The MCP Server exposes tools like `list_workspace_projects` and `list_workspace_tags`. Your agent can call these functions to populate variables or check preconditions before generating code. This makes your generated code use real, live API responses—not mock data.
