Alternatively, if you have explicit data like a zip code and country, use `structured_geocoding` for maximum accuracy. Need predictive help? Passing just a partial string allows the agent to call `autocomplete_place_search`, giving instant location suggestions.

Finding Points of Interest (POI) via Agent

The toolset lets your agent search for specific services. By calling `search_poi_by_category`, the agent finds everything—say, hospitals or gas stations—near a given center point. Once the agent gets an ID back, it can use `get_poi_details` to pull rich metadata about that exact location.

Set up TomTom MCP in OpenAI Agents SDK

Prerequisites
