Set Up LiveKit Real-Time Rooms in Claude Desktop

Need to set up a session? Call `create_room`. This tool generates the necessary access tokens, letting participants join your virtual room. You can also call `list_rooms` to see all active sessions currently running on the server.

Manage Participants and Tracks

When you need control over who's in the mix, use participant tools. The agent runs `list_participants` first, then lets you call `get_participant` for detailed info. If someone needs to be removed, calling `remove_participant` not only drops them from the room but also revokes their token.

Broadcast Data and Update Metadata

You can send messages that guarantee delivery or ones optimized for low latency using `send_data`. Beyond chat, you manage structured data with metadata. Call `update_room_metadata` to store JSON strings about the session, or use `update_participant_metadata` on a specific person.
