Quickly check event schedules using the MCP Server

You can list all upcoming events, including virtual webinars and conferences. The `list_events` tool gives you a full rundown of venue activities so you know what's happening. Need more detail? Use `get_event_details` to pull up specific information about one event—like the date or location. It keeps your planning organized without leaving the chat.

Manage speakers and attendance records with Claude Desktop

When you register new talent, use `create_speaker` to add them to your network. This tool handles all the speaker setup so you don't have to jump to another system. Tracking who attends is simple too. The `list_event_registrations` function pulls up a complete list of attendees for any given event.

Generate venue content and analytics using the MCP Server

After an event wraps, you need to know how it went. Run `get_event_analytics` to see engagement data immediately. This gives you metrics on attendance and participation. You can also pull recordings from past events using `list_recordings`, letting you summarize the content or share key takeaways with your team.
