Build Live Status Dashboards
Need a component that shows current order statuses? You'll use `search_orders` to pull the data. Cline doesn't just give you raw JSON; it generates the React/Vue component and imports the necessary API calls for you. It handles the entire cycle: fetching the list of orders, structuring the display logic, and writing tests that validate the output. No hand-holding required.
Implement Fulfillment Workflow Logic
If your goal is to write a script that marks orders as 'shipped,' you'll use `update_order_status`. Cline writes the function, imports the necessary client library, and stages the commit. You just run the task definition. It’s ideal for adding robust fulfillment logic right into your codebase without leaving VS Code.
Automate Financial Record Keeping
Writing a function to audit sales requires more than one tool. Use `get_order` to pull the raw data, then write code that calls `register_invoice`. Cline writes and tests this whole process for you. It builds out modules that manage both the core order data and the associated financial records in one go.
