Model Climate Dashboards from Forecast Data
Write a component that displays future conditions. You can call `get_forecast_daily_by_city` to pull the next two weeks of data, including temperatures and precipitation chances. Cline handles importing this API output into your actual code base. Want more granularity? Use `get_forecast_hourly_by_city` for tomorrow's full-day breakdown; it returns temp, wind, and conditions hour by hour.
Backtest Models with Historical Weather Data
Need to train a model on past weather patterns? `get_historical_weather` lets you pull data for specific coordinates across 30 years. Cline integrates this into your testing suite, allowing you to write tests against real-world environmental variables. This means you can simulate complex seasonal changes before deployment.
Implement Real-Time Risk Checks
Build a script that checks immediate risks upon startup. You can query current conditions using `get_current_weather` (by coordinates) or check for active hazards with `get_weather_alerts`. If the alert severity is 'Extreme,' your component fails the test. It's perfect for systems needing instant validation, like emergency response dashboards.
