Code Proxy Logic using the MCP Server
Need to write a script that checks if your current proxy pool is healthy? You can use `list_proxies` in Cline. It pulls all assigned IPs, ports, credentials, and health status directly into the component you're building. If your code needs to validate access, it can check whitelists using `list_authorized_ips` before attempting a connection.
Validate Webshare Quotas within Cline
Before running a test suite that hits external APIs, you gotta know your limits. The MCP Server provides this via `get_account_profile`, giving you plan details and bandwidth quotas right in the background. This prevents failed builds. Cline can also check if you're close to needing replacements by calling `get_replacement_quota`.
Manage Webshare IPs for Deployment with Cline
When deploying, sometimes you need a specific IP. The MCP Server lets your agent run `authorize_new_ip` if the target environment needs it whitelisted. Conversely, if an old endpoint is retired, Cline can execute `revoke_ip_authorization` using the unique ID. It also helps gather all necessary credentials for deployment by running `export_proxy_list`, which generates a temporary token to download everything.
