Connect Wing Assistant MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Wing Assistant to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Define new assignments with `create_task`.
You're mid-code, but the requirement changes. Use `create_task` to define a new job by providing a title and description for your agent. The AI client uses this live context. This means you hand off tasks managed by Wing Assistant right from Cursor, ensuring the code you write matches the delegated work.
Identify available agents using `list_assistants`.
Need to know which agents are available for this project scope? Call `list_assistants`. It pulls a list of all active virtual assistants managed by Wing Assistant. Knowing the agent pool helps you select the right specialized tool before injecting live data into your code within Cursor.
Adjust task requirements with `update_task`.
The spec changed while you were coding. Use `update_task` to modify an existing assignment's details and scope. This keeps the AI client and your code in sync. This function ensures that changes managed by Wing Assistant are reflected immediately, keeping your work within Cursor accurate.
