Connect Zendesk QA (Klaus) MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Zendesk QA (Klaus) to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Listing all quality assurance reviews via the MCP Server
You can run `list_all_reviews` to get a full, account-wide dump of every QA review. To narrow this down for a script, first call `list_qa_workspaces`. This gives you the necessary IDs to target your export using `list_workspace_reviews`. Cline executes these steps sequentially. You tell it: 'Get all reviews for Workspace ID X,' and it writes the logic to pull that data.
Searching conversations with Zendesk QA (Klaus)
Need to audit past chats? Run `search_qa_conversations` to query conversation records within Zendesk QA. This function returns key details about the chat history, which is perfect for data validation. Cline takes these search results and can write them into a file or pass them directly to another API call, like preparing a list of tickets to be imported.
Importing and managing ticket data
Manage your QA platform's content using this server. Run `import_qa_tickets` to push raw conversation data into Zendesk QA for review, or use `import_qa_users` to sync agent details. Cline lets you wrap these tools in a script. You can build an end-to-end process that first imports users, then searches conversations, and finally exports the reviews.
