Connect Zendesk QA (Klaus) MCP to Cursor

Fetch conversations for coding logic.
The `search_qa_conversations` tool lets the AI find specific chat transcripts in Zendesk QA. You can write code that immediately uses this context, like checking if a certain keyword was mentioned during a support interaction. Instead of using mock data, your agent client gets live search results from Klaus, letting you build highly accurate logic directly into your editor.
Process and stage new ticket imports.
Use `import_qa_tickets` to get fresh conversation data staged right in the project. The AI client can write code that assumes this imported data exists, allowing you to build handlers for new QA records. This is key when developing systems that react immediately after support interactions are logged.
List all available review metadata.
The `list_all_reviews` function gives your code access to the full range of quality assurance reviews. You can iterate over this list and write functions that process every single record. It’s perfect for initial scaffolding, letting you build out components that handle massive data sets from Zendesk QA.
