Key Capabilities

Manage ProcessOn files from the CLI

Running `list_files` lets you inspect your entire diagram catalog directly from your terminal session. It gets specific details with `get_file` without opening a browser. This MCP Server makes file management fast. You can quickly spin up a new flowchart template using `create_file` right before you start your next backend architecture draft.

Automate design exports in CI/CD pipelines

The `export_file` tool allows you to pull down your latest flowcharts during automated terminal builds. It uses `get_recent_files` to target only the diagrams that changed recently. It pipes the exported assets directly into your static site generator or deployment folder. No manual clicks, no UI lag, just raw terminal efficiency.

Audit team permissions using Claude Code

Using `list_collaborators` gives you a quick way to audit who has access to your design files from the command line. It checks your organization details with `get_org_info` to make sure external contractors do not have active access. You can also inspect your team directories using `list_folders` to find orphaned files. It keeps your cloud workspace clean and compliant.
