Connect Atera MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Atera to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Generate Code with Real Ticket Data
Tell your agent to write a function that closes an Atera ticket. It will use the `get_ticket` tool to understand the API response and generate working code based on a real ticket, not a placeholder. This stops the guesswork. You get scripts and functions that actually run because they were built with live data from your Atera instance. This MCP Server makes your agent smarter about your tools.
Script Against a Live Agent Inventory
The `list_agents` and `get_agent` tools let you build automation scripts with real-time context. Ask your agent, "write a Python script to check the disk space of all agents for customer X," and it will generate it. No more hard-coding device IDs or working with stale data exports. Your code is built on the actual state of your managed devices in Atera. Your agent pulls the info it needs to write correct code.
Inject Customer Details into Code
Use `get_customer` and `list_tickets` to build internal tools or reports. Your agent can pull a customer's entire ticket history and inject it directly into the file you're working on. Imagine generating a customer summary page. The agent fetches the data from Atera and scaffolds a React component for you, complete with real information. That's a huge head start.
